Katie Miller founded Modern Miller Events in 2018. At an early age, she would spend late nights painting and this creative outlet later turned into graphic design and curating custom wedding invitations and hand calligraphy.

Upon graduating college, an opportunity to intern led her down a path to enter the world of weddings. She brings her knowledge of visual merchandising and design to her events, working with layers of details to create uniquely personalized to reflect each couple.

Outside of planning weddings, Katie loves to find new recipes, explore upcoming design trends, and playing with flowers (peonies and hellebores in particular!) to create floral arrangements.
